Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-impact customer campaigns designed to accelerate lead acquisition and maximize growth.
  • Synthesize market research and competitor intelligence into actionable growth strategies that influence product and market positioning .
  • Leverage data-driven customer insights to segment audiences effectively, ensuring personalized messaging that increases engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure total alignment on Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) workflows and lead scoring accuracy
  • Engineer scalable marketing operations and automated workflows to increase departmental efficiency and reduce time-to-market for regional initiatives
  • Translate complex product updates into value-based narratives that resonate with target personas and shorten the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of Experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
