Our client is a global technology leader driving innovation across AI, digital platforms, and interactive experiences. They are seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead initiatives that expand developer partnerships and accelerate the adoption of AI-powered technologies across emerging content ecosystems.
This is a 1 year contract role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic programs that grow developer partnerships across gaming, AI, and emerging technology ecosystems.
- Build strong relationships with developers, studios, and industry partners to expand engagement and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to leverage agentic AI and emerging technologies to enhance content creation and developer workflows.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, AI, Design, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate new technologies, market trends, and partnership opportunities to support long-term business growth.
- Define program KPIs, track performance, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and strengthen relationships within the developer community.
- Adapt program strategies to evolving technologies and business priorities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and business-level Korean is required to effectively liaise with stakeholders in Korea to support cross-border collaboration as part of the role's responsibilities.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic partnerships, business development, or developer ecosystem management within the technology or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, particularly across gaming, mobile, PC, or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with AI, generative AI, or emerging technologies and their commercial applications.
- Proven ability to lead complex programs and drive initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working across global teams and multiple time zones.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
