A prestigious Abu Dhabi-based institution is seeking a strategy-led professional to design and architect high-level partnership platforms and senior convenings.
This is not an events role - This is about structuring influence, shaping dialogue, and translating leadership priorities into actionable partnerships.
We are seeking a high-calibre strategic architect to lead the design and intellectual structuring of its most important engagement platforms, with this mandate sitting at the intersection of strategy, diplomacy, and long-term institutional positioning.
The appointed individual will shape the architecture of high-level dialogues involving senior government officials, global institutions, and influential international stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategic concept notes and briefing materials aligned with leadership priorities
- Own selected platforms end-to-end (concept to post-event outcomes)
- Architect high-level roundtables, forums and closed-door dialogues
- Frame thematic narratives aligned with long-term institutional objectives
- Curate participant composition and speaker mapping (government, multilaterals, foundations, private sector)
- Structure thematic flow and discussion sequencing
- Convert dialogue into follow-up initiatives and partnership pipelines
- Produce executive-level reports, and insight outputs
- Align convenings with broader partnership and development priorities
- Ensure continuity between engagements and long-term institutional strategy
- Produce synthesis reports, insight papers, and executive summaries
- Convert dialogue into actionable follow-ups and partnership opportunities
- Capture institutional knowledge and contribute to thought leadership outputs
Key requirements
- 6–10 years experience in strategy consulting, public policy, international development, or high-level stakeholder engagement roles
- Experience within high-level convening design is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience designing senior-level forums, policy dialogues, or strategic platforms
- Exceptional writing, structuring, and synthesis capability
- Experience working with government, multilateral institutions, or global stakeholders
- Strong political awareness and discretion
- Ability to operate confidently with senior decision-makers
- UAEN and Arabic Speakers able to pass AD Governmental security clearance will be at an advantage, although not mandatory on the language requirements.
