Target partners include flagship airlines, premium hotel groups, destination management organisations, local OTAs, and GDS players. Align their business objectives with Trip.com Group's portfolio of products, services, and digital solutions to create win-win synergies and facilitate resource exchange.

  • Establish a localised data dashboard to track key partnership metrics (GMV, conversion, user penetration, etc.). Deliver actionable insights to continuously optimise partnership value, while ensuring all commercial agreements are compliant with local regulations and corporate policies and are executed effectively.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Familiarity with local business practices and regulatory frameworks is essential.
  • A track record of driving complex partnership projects across diverse cultural contexts and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with high cross-cultural sensitivity. Ability to navigate local business dynamics and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a plus.
