Strategic Partnerships Senior Specialist - Based in Abu Dhabi
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our organization as a Strategic Partnerships Senior Specialist. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support organizational objectives and drive long-term value creation.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish mutually beneficial collaborations, support partnership negotiations, monitor partnership performance, and identify opportunities that contribute to organizational growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with local, regional, and international organizations, industry leaders, government entities, and sector-relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance partnership frameworks, policies, and guidelines to support effective partnership management across the organization.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify partnership opportunities that align with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Monitor local and global market trends, industry developments, and ecosystem changes to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain a centralized database of existing and prospective partnerships.
- Support the development, negotiation, and management of partnership agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and other collaboration arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent messaging when interacting with current and prospective partners.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership performance against agreed objectives, outcomes, and value realization targets.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, values, and ethical standards.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives and comply with all applicable occupational safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Affairs, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, business development, international relations, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and cross-functional stakeholder relationships is highly desirable
