About the role: The Strategic Partnerships Specialist is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that support the company's commercial growth objectives. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with government and corporate entities, supporting sales growth through partnerships, coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of partnership initiatives and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Achieve approved monthly and annual sales targets related to strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new strategic partnerships with government entities, semi-government organizations, major corporations, and other relevant sectors.
  • Conduct meetings and field visits with existing and potential partners to present the company's products, services, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Analyze partner and client needs and convert them into actionable commercial opportunities.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, commercial offers, and business collaboration concepts tailored to client requirements.
  • Follow up on partnership opportunities and convert them into confirmed sales and business outcomes.

Commercial Coordination & Account Management

  • Negotiate with clients and partners within approved authority limits and escalate matters requiring management approval.
  • Follow up on agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with approved pricing, discounts, timelines, quantities, and service standards.
  • Support the execution of joint campaigns, initiatives, and partnership activities while monitoring their commercial impact.
  • Resolve operational and commercial issues related to partners and suppliers to maintain effective business relationships.

Supplier & Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding samples, products, packaging, designs, pricing, and execution readiness when required.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and execution requirements are met.

Reporting & Representation

  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and partnership-related events to professionally represent the company.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports covering opportunities, client visits, partnership progress, and sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide weekly updates to the direct manager.
  • Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial mindset with strong business development capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
