Strategic Planning
Review and update SANS strategy elements on annual basis including SANS strategic pillars, objectives and programs
Contribute to the yearly review, enhancement and execution of SANS annual Strategy Update Framework for developing strategic initiatives and KPIs.
Redefine the 3 years corporate strategic direction for SANS in alignment with the kingdom Vision 2030 direction, GACA and global innovation trends in the aviation sector.
Update SANS strategy elements which includes determining the strategic roadmap journey, strategic pillars and objectives concept by collecting ANSP benchmarks, customer insights and stakeholder analysis.
Track SANS maturity progress and design transformation enablers including SANS objective maturity assessment, strategic program maturity assessment, initiative prioritization and filtration.
Coordinate the initiative development strategy workshops with all departments and directors to brainstorm and develop strategic initiatives and align them with CEO.
Check the strategic plan and approval from Board of Directors and SANS leadership.
Support PMO and Performance departments in detailing the strategic initiatives and KPIs.
Monitor and follow up strategic initiatives implementation.
Designing and implementing the framework for strategic consultation services which will enable SANS to offer strategic consultation services to regional ANSPs and other entities.
Strategy Communication
Design and Follow up on the annual Strategy Communication Plan which ensure strategy buy-in and cascading of SANS strategy to all the organization levels
Continuously communicate and align SANS strategy with CEO and directors through conducting quarterly strategy meetings and work on enhancements through lessons learned sessions, CANSO fitness check and surveys.
Responsible for the Transformation Committee which ensure effective synergy and collaboration among SANS transformation teams
Organizational Culture
Translate Strategy values and goals into desired culture and behaviors across organization for the success of strategy and transformation
Identify key gaps between current and desired culture by developing tools and frameworks to measure performance and respective gaps
Work on developing and prioritizing solutions and cascading intervention opportunities across the organization in an effort to unify culture across.
People Management
Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of subordinates
Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow
Promote a high-performance working environment embracing SANS's values
Policies, Processes and Procedures
Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into
account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
