Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site contract role in Qatar, supporting a government entity, for a Strategic Planning Specialist. The role involves developing and assessing business strategies, conducting research and analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The Strategic Planning Specialist will collaborate with key stakeholders, support decision-making processes, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance organizational performance. This position also involves financial planning and aligning strategies with overarching organizational and government objectives.
Qualifications
- Business Planning and Strategic Planning ability, with a focus on identifying and implementing innovative business solutions
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and create actionable insights
- Exceptional Planning and Organizational skills to create and execute effective strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging and collaborating with stakeholders
- Knowledge of Finance concepts, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating financial data
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in management consulting or strategic planning roles is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
