What This Role Is About

Our client, a large PIF company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Strategic Pricing Lead, based in Riyadh, to lead pricing strategy across its retail business.

The role will be responsible for shaping pricing strategies that support profitable growth, strengthen competitiveness, and reflect changing market and consumer dynamics. You will work closely with commercial and finance teams to drive pricing decisions across the retail business.

This is a senior role for a pricing professional who understands FMCG retail, can work with complex pricing structures, and is confident influencing key business decisions.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 7+ years of experience in pricing, with strong FMCG retail pricing experience
• Proven experience developing and implementing pricing strategies within a retail or FMCG environment
• Strong understanding of pricing architecture, price positioning, promotions, and profitability
• Experience analysing market and consumer data to support pricing decisions
• Strong commercial and financial understanding with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
• Experience working with senior commercial and finance stakeholders
