Supervise and ensure the implementation of the IT strategic research and data management strategy and plans as befitting the division and business line needs and objectives
Conduct and review research and development in direct coordination with the division head for the continuous identification of new methods for data collection and analysis
Apply the mathematical, statistical and machine learning methods to the big data using the high performance computing tools and techniques for the achievement of analytical reports supporting decision making
Harvest the ideas and expertise of the domain experts and strategists to tailor specific models and algorithms to solve the problem at hand
Manipulate the data using different data analysis techniques to have it as an input for applied algorithms and tools Write, use and execute the computational techniques needed to apply the algorithms to the data and come up with results and findings
Develop reporting templates for standardized and efficient data collection and analysis
Investigate and ensure the accuracy of data collected for the reliability of the results submitted
Communicate with IT department for the provisioning of required data and information according to time bounds Ensure the implementation of IT strategic research and data management policies and procedures in order to ensure all relevant requirements are fulfilled whilst delivering high-quality services
Experience & Education
University Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Maths or Statistics or Related Fields (Optional) Experience in C/C++, Java, R, Matlab, Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematical Modeling, Database Development, Scientific Computing
