Job Description
- Conduct as is assessments and developing strategic transformation plans, with clear deliverables and time frames in line with the strategic objectives of the entity
- Establishing the appropriate frameworks and processes required to achieve the desired transformation
- Prepare and deliver detailed presentations to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct market research and benchmarking activities, leveraging your findings accordingly in your strategic planning
- Liaise with and influencing key stakeholders to enable full implementation of strategic transformation initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years experience in a strategy and transformation role with an international consulting firm. Middle Eastern experience preferred
- Previous exposure to a broad range of sectors, and comfortable moving between both digital and standard business transformation engagements at pace is essential
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to process large volumes of information and summarise key findings, alongside strong organisational and project management skills
