Job Description
- Contribute to the development and update of strategic and operational plans and monitor their implementation.
- Conduct internal and external strategic analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and priorities.
- Develop and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, analyze performance results, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor strategic initiatives and projects, including progress, challenges, and associated risks.
- Prepare periodic reports and institutional performance dashboards and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Support the implementation of risk management, quality, and institutional excellence requirements, including gap assessments.
- Review and develop institutional policies, processes, and procedures in line with requirements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration, Quality and Institutional Excellence, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Institutional Performance, Quality, and Excellence.
