Strategy Associate

MBZUAI is seeking high-performing professionals to join our Strategy team as a Strategy Associate. In this pivotal role, you will craft high-impact strategic analyses and intelligence briefings on critical topics such as AI advancements, geopolitical developments, and economic trends, providing actionable insights directly to MBZUAI's senior leadership.

As Strategy Associate, you will have the opportunity to initiate, lead, and manage strategic projects that shape the university's trajectory, while mentoring Strategy Analysts to enhance their capabilities and grow your own leadership profile.

Experience required:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a top-tier, high-performing industry such as management consulting, strategy advisory, or similar fields.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience managing projects independently and guiding junior team members
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
