Strategy Consultant

We are currently supporting a leading Dubai-based organization in hiring a Strategy Consultant to support business growth, operational excellence, strategic planning, and cross-functional initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate strategy into execution from identifying business opportunities and improving processes to coordinating strategic projects and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of short- and long-term business strategies.
• Analyze market trends, business performance and operational data to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across the business.
• Develop business plans, KPIs, frameworks and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate and oversee strategic and business-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timelines.
• Support product development and business initiatives from planning through execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Support change management and organizational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Strategy or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, business consulting, business operations, strategic planning or transformation.
• Strong experience in strategy development, process optimization and project execution.
• Proven experience managing or supporting strategic/business projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
