Given the location of our clients & for a fast VISA issuance process, we seek individuals that either have a valid EU passport (any passport from the European Union or Middle Eastern passport (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait)

Your skills:

• Previous experience/ engagements with O&G companies (e.g., National Oil Companies) is greatly valued
• We seek individuals with a business owner mindset rather than an employee mindset—upper-level roles come with stock options, and managers are involved in client outreach and business development.
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with high expectations for themselves and their peers.
• Possess a can-do attitude, embracing challenges and showing resilience in the face of obstacles.
• Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues and communicate solutions effectively.
• Capable of independently managing workstreams, including engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Your experience:

• Business Analyst: Minimum 6 months at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Consultant / Sr. Consultant: At least 2 years at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Sr Manager: Engagement Manager at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Principal: Experience as a Senior Engagement Manager (or higher) at a top-tier consulting firm.
