We're Hiring: Strategy Consultant (Freelance Contract)

Location: Dubai (Onsite)

Contract: Initial 3-month freelance engagement

Start Date: August 2026

We're partnering with a leading organisation in Dubai that is seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to support a high-impact institutional transformation programme.

This role is ideal for professionals with a background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation who enjoy working closely with executive stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives and drive implementation.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the development of institutional strategy, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform strategic and academic decisions.
• Develop board-level presentations, executive briefing papers, and other high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with workstream leads, academic advisors, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Support the design, facilitation, and documentation of leadership workshops.
• Contribute to PMO governance, status reporting, dependency management, and overall programme execution.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and facilitating strategic workshops.
• Strong programme coordination and stakeholder management experience.
• Previous exposure to higher education, public sector, or institutional transformation is advantageous.

Important:

• This is an onsite role based in Dubai.
• Candidates must already hold a valid UAE Golden Visa or equivalent work authorization.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
