Strategy Director

Role Description The Strategy Director will lead the development and refinement of the firm's business and growth strategies, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and organizational goals. This part-time, remote role involves conducting market and competitive analyses, identifying new service offerings or target segments, and advising on pricing, positioning, and differentiation strategies. The Strategy Director will collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, performance metrics, and process improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing management consulting support, preparing strategic reports and presentations, guiding business development initiatives, and recommending operational enhancements to strengthen MAW's overall market presence.

• Candidates should possess expertise in Strategic Planning to design, implement, and monitor short- and long-term business initiatives.
• Candidates should possess experience in Consulting and Management Consulting to advise leadership on organizational improvements and growth opportunities.
• Candidates should possess sound Business Strategy skills to shape competitive positioning, service portfolio, and go-to-market approaches.
• Relevant experience in engineering, construction, or professional services environments is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering Management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior leadership experience in strategic roles.
