what you'll do:
- lead brand-level strategy across multiple sectors, grounding creative ambition in clear business and brand objectives
- own senior-level strategic conversations with clients, offering sharp, actionable guidance that drives growth
- work hand-in-hand with creative, media, and client teams to turn strategy into integrated, effective work
- steer research and insight projects, from social listening and audience segmentation to competitive and cultural analysis
- turn complex signals, data, and trends into simple, compelling brand narratives and strategic direction
- stay ahead of cultural, social, and digital shifts, using them to inform both client work and agency thinking
- support new business with strong strategic thinking, clear storytelling, and confident presentations
- partner with leadership to grow accounts and spot new opportunities
- build, mentor, and challenge a high-performing strategy team
- set the bar for the quality, clarity, and impact of strategic output across the agency
