Job Description
We have 5 positions varying from Assistant Manager to Director level. Candidates are considered for the right position as per the experience levels.
Must Be Able To
- Effectively manage stakeholders with work plans and clear deliverables
- Interface with a wide range of management level internal stakeholders, including c-suite interactions
- Agree priorities and ensure the required outputs are delivered on schedule
The position will cover all facets of strategy execution as this is a hands on role.
Candidates Are Expected To Be
- Interviewing very senior executives to solicit their input and refinements
- Working with multiple business unit and functional leads to guide their contributions
- Developing high-level project plans, targets and benefits tracking
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of business/commercial experience
- 4-6+ years experience in strategy execution
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
- Should be hands-on
- Should have very good verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to deliver a clear storyline supported with high-quality insightful slides containing high-quality analysis and clear findings
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement experience
- Balanced scorecard/KPI setting/Initiative design/project management
- Cultural sensitivity is a must
- Arabic speaking is NOT a must.
