We are seeking a Strategy Execution Manager to lead the development, deployment, and execution follow-up of the company's strategic roadmap. The role will ensure that strategic initiatives, KPIs, balanced scorecards, operating plans, and budgets are aligned with the company's vision, objectives, and growth priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation, update, and deployment of the corporate strategy and strategic roadmap in coordination with departments and subsidiaries.
- Translate strategic directions into measurable objectives, KPIs, initiatives, priorities, and implementation plans.
- Ensure operational plans, budgets, and departmental initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage the strategy execution framework, including review cycles, reporting mechanisms, meetings, and escalation paths.
- Oversee the development of the corporate scorecard, KPI dictionary, and performance measurement framework.
- Review and analyze strategic performance results, identify gaps and root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage the strategic initiatives register, ensuring proper alignment, prioritization, ownership, implementation planning, and expected benefits.
- Ensure each strategic initiative has a clear owner, implementation plan, KPIs, risks, and target outcomes before submission for approval.
- Lead monthly and quarterly strategy review meetings and prepare decisions, recommendations, and escalation items.
- Follow up on corrective actions resulting from performance reviews and escalate delays or non-compliance where required.
- Manage the strategic risk register and follow up on response plans with risk owners and relevant departments.
- Develop communication and change management plans related to strategy deployment and adoption.
- Provide advisory support to departments and subsidiaries in setting objectives, KPIs, plans, and initiative alignment.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations on strategy execution progress, performance, risks, and recommendations.
- Lead, develop, and guide the team, ensuring quality outputs and effective task distribution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Planning, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in strategy, corporate performance, business planning, or organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of strategy execution, KPIs, balanced scorecards, performance management, and initiative tracking.
- Experience preparing executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance reviews.
- Strong analytical, planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English are preferred.
