To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Strategy Growth and Development Manager:

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects to achieve business objectives. This role will work closely with the Head of Commercial and cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, manage projects, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and refine the company's strategic plan in collaboration with the Sr. Director, Commercial and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning and execution of projects and initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance, identifying and managing risks and issues as required.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Sr. Director, Commercial and other senior leaders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of business cases for new projects and initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of change management initiatives to support the successful adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to project team members as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or any related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management, strategy development, and/or business operations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
