IMMEDIATE START ROLE
We are seeking a high-calibre Strategy Manager to provide immediate support across annual planning, strategic initiatives and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual and strategic planning process, including senior leadership workshops, pre-reads and planning materials.
- Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking and commercial analysis.
- Support weekly business reviews, monthly performance updates and investor/board presentations.
- Support AI commercial use cases, including requirements definition, vendor coordination and implementation of AI-driven productivity initiatives.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and deliver with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Strong strategy consulting background; candidates from leading strategy firms preferred.
- Proven experience delivering strategy and operations projects with the ability to ramp up quickly.
- Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with GenAI platforms and AI vendor integrations is advantageous.
- Able to operate independently and make an immediate impact.
