Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refresh group-level strategic plans, including strategic priorities and objectives
- Develop and refresh strategic initiatives in collaboration with SMO and clusters/ departments
- Ensure cluster execution plans are aligned with overall strategy, validating strategic coherence and prioritization in implementation
- Align functional strategies and initiatives with the group strategy, identifying gaps and advising on course correction where needed
- Collaborate with Execution and Monitoring team to support capital/ resource allocation decisions
- Identify potential synergies across subsidiaries and clusters to drive integration and reduce duplication
- Conduct regular strategy alignment meetings with key stakeholders
- Provide support for strategic decision-making processes
- Participate in the selection of relevant vendors/ contractors to support the Strategy Planning & Design team, and manage vendors and deliverables
- Maintains ownership of core strategy documentation, ensuring control of the latest validated versions for key strategy documents
- Define and standardize strategic KPIs across different dimensions
- Develop KPI frameworks, standards, and dashboards
- Ensure strategic corporate level KPIs are cascaded across the organization
- Develop and implement strategic foresight methodologies and tools, including advanced forecasting models
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of market dynamics, including global and regional trends, and competitive landscape that could impact the organization
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis based on ad-hoc requests from leadership or key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to gather diverse perspectives and insights, and enhance organization s foresight capabilities
- Produce comprehensive strategic foresight reports that synthesize research findings, trend analyses, and scenario plans, and communicate foresight reports to key stakeholders, including senior leadership
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in strategy design, cross-functional alignment, and execution
- Strong skills in KPI framework, dashboards, cascading models, business cases development, strategy, and stakeholder engagement
- Proficient in data, and planning tools e.g., PowerPoint and Excel
- Strategy certifications are a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus)
