  • Manage the development and execution of the team's annual plan, budget, objectives and initiatives in line with company's strategic objectives and set KPIs
  • Supervise the function's operations and activities within budget and contribute to the identification of strategies that result in a positive financial impact.
  • Represent Digital Transformation as the face to the internal stakeholders and build strong trust-based relationships.
  • Formulate holistic Tech & Digital strategy IT project strategies that encompass infrastructure, software, and digital capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational transformation goals.
  • Support highly motivated strategy teams to develop new digital strategies, capabilities, and competitive differentiators.
  • Contribute individually where needed to develop and refresh technology/digital strategies.
  • Inspire departments to adopt new innovative approaches, tailored to their requirements, and guide them during pilot and implementation phases of digital transformation journey.
  • Proactively coach colleagues and teams, enabling them to build new capabilities in digital strategy development and grow professionally.
  • Map out digital transformation projects into portfolios, in coordination with the Digital, DATA, Transformation, IT Portfolio Management department.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to understand strategic objectives and ensure that digital strategies are designed to achieve them
  • Implement iterative planning cycles to ensure the continuous adjustment of transformation project strategies and frameworks
  • Translate user research findings into actionable insights, providing recommendations to fine-tune digital strategies and ensuring they resonate with target users
  • Establish a structured feedback mechanism that enables the collection of inputs and insights from concerned stakeholders and users
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of existing strategies and adapt them based on feedback and evolving market conditions
  • Communicate the digital transformation strategy to relevant stakeholders, including executives, external teams, and business partners through meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for various stakeholders (mid to senior management) on strategy related topics.
  • Understanding of Strategic Planning, Execution, IT and Business Operating Models, IT and Business Governance Models and initiatives panning and management.
