Main Purpose:
This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of organizational strategy by conducting research, analysis, and coordination activities, while contributing to strategic planning processes and monitoring the progress of key initiatives.
Area of Responsibility:
- Support the development of strategic plans by conducting market research, benchmarking, and internal analysis
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decision-making
- Contribute to the preparation of strategy-related materials, including presentations, reports, and briefing documents
- Support the tracking and monitoring of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and timelines
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect inputs and ensure consistency in strategy execution efforts
- Assist in maintaining strategy dashboards and performance reports to track progress against KPIs
- Participate in workshops and meetings related to strategy formulation and execution
- Support the identification and documentation of improvement opportunities across business functions
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of strategy-related data, frameworks, and deliverables
- Follow approved policies, processes, and procedures to ensure fulfilment of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or any related field is required
Work Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, research, or similar fields.
