Role Overview:
The Strategy Specialist will develop and implement facility management strategies for high-profile, VVIP, and high-security environments. This role is responsible for creating strategic frameworks, delivering consultancy solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of premium FM projects in alignment with operational and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement FM strategies tailored for VVIP and high-security environments.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives for premium and high-profile FM projects.
- Oversee consultancy deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with operational teams to integrate strategic frameworks into day-to-day FM operations.
- Monitor and report on strategic KPIs, project outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation within FM services.
- Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and security requirements for sensitive sites.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in facility management strategy, consultancy, or project management.
- Professional certifications highly desirable: CFM, FMP, PMP, or ISO 41001 Lead Implementer.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in high-security or VVIP FM environments.
- Arabic language proficiency preferred.
