The Strategy & Transformation Senior Advisor is a senior advisory role responsible for providing strategic guidance, leading transformation initiatives, and supporting executive decision-making. The role focuses on shaping high-impact strategies, ensuring successful implementation of transformation programs, and advising senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on strategic transformation programs across multiple sectors.
- Develop high-level strategic frameworks, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Provide executive-level advisory support to C-level clients and government stakeholders.
- Oversee the design and implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Review and validate strategic deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with objectives.
- Support business development efforts including proposals and strategic pursuits.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within client organizations.
- Guide project teams on strategic direction and problem-solving approaches.
- Conduct high-level analysis to support decision-making and policy development.
- Contribute to thought leadership and strategic capabilities within the firm.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 10-15+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting roles.
- Strong background in management consulting or advisory services (Big 4 / strategy firms preferred).
- Proven experience in leading or advising large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with government or large enterprise clients is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
