Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services in production environments
- 2+ years of experience with Terraform, including reusable modules and CI/CD integration
- Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or TypeScript)
- Strong Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch
- Knowledge of IAM, secrets management, and infrastructure security best practices
- Experience supporting production systems, incident response, and root cause analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English level: B2+
Nice to Have:
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Solutions Architect – Associate
- CKA / CKAD certifications
- Experience with Pulumi
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD
- Experience with multi-account AWS environments (AWS Organizations)
- Exposure to cost optimization / FinOps practices
- Experience mentoring engineers and defining engineering standards
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for continuous delivery
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable and high-quality software delivery
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Manage and scale cloud infrastructure to ensure performance and cost-efficiency
- Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards
- Continuously improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
