We are looking to hire a motivated and talented Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team and support the design and execution of industrial and construction projects in line with high-quality standards.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior engineers who are eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of contributing to engineering design activities while supporting project delivery and continuous improvement within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, layouts, and design documents.
• Develop design calculations and technical details according to project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Support project execution activities and assist in resolving technical and design-related issues.
• Prepare technical reports, material submittals, and project documentation as required.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvement and engineering efficiency initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in civil design or construction projects.
• Good understanding of civil engineering design principles and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering/design software is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and handle work pressure.
• Knowledge of steel structures and industrial/construction projects is an advantage.
