Responsible for leading structural design and technical delivery across complex developments, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant structural solutions throughout the project lifecycle. The role provides technical leadership, governance, and multidisciplinary coordination, overseeing design reviews, approvals, and alignment between design intent, authority requirements, and construction execution to support successful project delivery

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering
• Master's Degree in Structural Engineering (Preferred).

Required Experience

• Minimum 12–15 years of structural design experience.
• Proven experience in complex developments.
• Experience with UAE authority regulations and approvals.
• Strong background in design review and construction support.
• Previous experience in Master Development is desirable.
