Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural systems for hospital projects and healthcare facilities, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
- prepare detailed structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for construction.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate structural risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably in hospital projects or healthcare facilities.
- Strong knowledge of structural design software (e.g.,AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English;Arabic speaking is desired but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
