We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our team in the general contracting (building sector) field. This role requires a professional with both site execution and technical office experience, capable of handling design, coordination, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform architectural design using approved software.
- Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Method of Statement (MOS) for project execution.
- Prepare execution drawings, coordination drawings, and quantity take-offs using approved templates.
- Supervise and execute related works and ensure proper handover to the consultant.
- Utilize CAD and Revit (BIM system) for architectural drafting.
Requirements:
- 8 to 15 years of experience in general contracting (building sector), covering both site execution and technical office work.
- Strong practical experience in architectural design.
- Good command of English.
- Valid driving license.
Preferred:
- Candidates with experience in Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries will be given priority.
