Job Role
- 12 – 18 years of progressive experience in structural design
- Strong exposure to Design & Build (D&B) / contractor environment ( not only consultancy )
- Demonstrated ability to act as Design Authority on major projects / independently leads design decisions, not just coordination.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously , ability to prioritize, allocate resources, and manage design risks across projects.
- Practical understanding of Constructability, sequencing, cost implications of design decisions.
- Experience in large-scale, complex, fast-track, or important projects.
- Deep knowledge in Concrete & Precast design for substructural & superstructural.
- Ability to challenge consultants and propose alternative solutions that meet project objectives.
- Strong experience in coordination with other disciplines / Hands-on involvement in BIM coordination is a plus
- Experience interfacing with Clients, consultants & authorities with ability to defend design decisions and negotiate solutions.
