We are currently seeking a highly organized and technically capable Structural Technical Office Engineer to join our growing team. This role will focus on managing structural drawings, coordination, RFIs, and design compliance across major construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement technical office procedures and support structural project coordination.
  • Study project contract documents including BOQ, time schedules, and design drawings.
  • Prepare RFIs to resolve missing or conflicting technical details during execution.
  • Review and coordinate sub-contractors and outsourced shop drawings for consultant approval.
  • Coordinate with surveyors for land data, measurements, and layout accuracy.
  • Resolve site-based technical issues in coordination with the Technical Office Manager.
  • Prepare and submit as-built drawings upon project completion.
  • Review schematic designs for code compliance and technical feasibility.
  • Perform technical revision of architectural and structural drawings through all project stages.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and coordination details where needed.
  • Attend technical meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a structural technical office role within large-scale construction companies.
  • Preferred proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SAP, Etabs, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of local codes, design standards, and coordination between structural and MEP systems.
  • Excellent technical drawing review and detail development skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized, critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Willing to work at the head office or on-site.
