Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Structural Technical Office Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, quantity surveying, generating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and ensuring adherence to technical engineering specifications and project requirements. The engineer will closely coordinate with other departments, including civil and electrical engineering teams, and oversee technical documentation and standards for project execution. Collaboration with project stakeholders to optimize design and implementation is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Shop Drawings preparation and BOQ development
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering concepts and methods
• Ability to collaborate with Electrical Engineering teams for project integration
• Proficiency in Quantity Surveying techniques
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
