The Position and its Environment

FSP Advisors specializes in the research and development of structured products and funds tailored to the needs of private investors, leveraging its financial expertise. You will be responsible for business development with the possibility to work in Paris, Mauritius, or Dubai.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify potential prospects based on predefined criteria.
• Develop and implement an effective prospecting plan.
• Maintain and develop a network of clients.
• Provide personalized advice to clients on the best financial solutions suited to their needs.
• Continuously monitor product developments and market trends.
• Produce regular reports on your commercial activities.

Desired Profile

• Graduate with a higher education degree in finance (Bac +5) with approximately 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Language: French - English
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to persuade and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to excellence.
• Initiative and ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Mastery of client relationships and in-depth knowledge of financial products.
