  • Support student wellbeing by identifying and escalating academic or pastoral concerns where appropriate.
  • Manage student communications through email, digital platforms, and cohort communication channels.

Administration & Reporting

  • Monitor and maintain accurate attendance, identifying and reporting students at risk.
  • Keep student records up to date, including attendance, assessment data, and programme documentation.
  • Produce regular administrative reports on student engagement and programme performance.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the teaching team.

Operations & Campus Coordination

  • Coordinate daily programme logistics and liaise with campus stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure classrooms, learning resources, and bookings are prepared and managed effectively.
  • Support the planning and delivery of student events, workshops, and enrichment activities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent administrative and customer-facing aptitude.

  • Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or student affairs. Prior experience working within a school, university, or training centre environment is an advantage but not mandatory.

Safeguarding Commitment: English Path is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undergo relevant background checks.
