Student Intern

QETC Education & Training Consultancy (SDN. BHD) is a well-established private limited company based in Malaysia, specializing in educational consultancy services for international students. With a mission to make quality education accessible to everyone, QETC assists students worldwide, primarily from Africa and the Middle East, in pursuing higher education at renowned Malaysian universities and colleges. The company provides comprehensive advice and guidance for students in fields such as Arts, Sciences, Medicine, Humanities, Languages, and Technology. Headquartered in Malaysia, QETC operates through offices in Kenya, Somalia, Egypt, and Djibouti, and partners with over 50 representatives globally to offer expert counseling and support for international students.

This is an on-site internship role located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The Student Intern will assist the QETC team in various administrative and client-facing tasks, including providing guidance and support to prospective international students interested in studying in Malaysia. Daily responsibilities may include coordinating student documentation, answering queries, conducting research on educational opportunities, and supporting the execution of educational consultancy processes. The intern will contribute to ensuring the delivery of excellent services while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to effectively interact with students and colleagues.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as organizing and managing documentation, and attention to detail.
• Analytical and research skills to support finding accurate and up-to-date information on academic programs and opportunities in Malaysia.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guidance and counseling to international students.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a professional environment and handle confidential information sensitively.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English and Arabic, is considered an asset.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
