About the Role

GIH is looking for a motivated Student Recruitment & Admissions Officer to join our remote team.

The main responsibility is to contact new leads, make cold and follow-up calls, explain our study-abroad services, and convert interested students into GIH applicants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and follow up with prospective students and parents.
• Contact and manage leads received through social media, website, campaigns, and referrals.
• Understand students academic background, interests, and study goals.
• Explain GIH's university admission and study-abroad services.
• Build relationships and convince qualified leads to proceed with our services.
• Handle basic questions and objections related to studying abroad and university admissions.
• Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp.
• Update lead status and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly lead conversion and application targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, admissions, customer service, or education consultancy is preferred.
• Confident and persuasive communication skills.
• Comfortable making frequent calls and following up with leads.
• Basic knowledge of study-abroad services, universities, and admissions.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous education consultancy experience is a strong advantage.
