Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact between internal departments, clients, and management.
- Review and assess subcontractor proposals, technical documentation, and work plans to ensure full compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis, scenario evaluations, and benchmarking for goods and services to be procured.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, change orders, progress reports, and related documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination and communication.
- Develop, lead, and implement purchasing and procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close agreements under optimal commercial terms.
- Plan and manage quantities and delivery schedules to support project timelines.
Qualifications And Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven EPCI Offshore Oil & Gas experience
- Minimum 10 years procurement experience, with a strong background in offshore projects (Jackets, Sealine Installation etc).
