KBR is looking for Commercial Head-Responsible to manage all activities related for getting Contracts to execute maintenance activities into the Maintenance Department , including requesting and tutoring to develop scopes of work, completion of documentation, define prospective bidders, call for tenders, awarding and contractor authorizing for beginning of works, accomplishing with requirements for operational areas to achieve a World Class performance in the maintenance Department

Location: Jubail


Responsibilities:

  • Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors, during normal operation of the refinery.

  • To develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for contracts

  • To coordinate and manage all activities related to prepare Instructions to Bidders, kick of meeting with Contractors and evaluation of economical offers after being evaluated technical offers by contract responsible.

  • To ensure that company HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within the different contracts to be developed and managed under his responsibility.

  • To ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPI's are included in all-Maintenance Contractors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering

  • Minimum 12+years experience of Contracting.

  • Fluent in writing and reading English.

  • Good knowledge of SAP system.

  • Strong understanding of supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities.

  • Strong understanding of Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget.

  • Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management.

  • Good technical understanding of People management.

  • Well organized and proactive

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations

  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems

  • Strategic thinking, open to new ideas

  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi- cultural environment
