Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Substitute Teacher located. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for managing classrooms, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, and maintaining an engaging and safe learning environment. The role includes supporting students needs, communicating with school staff, and seamlessly continuing educational activities in the absence of regular teachers.

Additional responsibilities may include monitoring and reporting student progress, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a positive atmosphere for learning.

Candidate will provide temporary instruction and supervision in the absence of a regular teacher, which involves following existing lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment. Key responsibilities include taking attendance, supervising students during all activities, and communicating with school staff. This role requires flexibility, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt to different grade levels and subjects.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Education in English

Fluent English; IELTS level 6 or more in all strands

Proficiency in Lesson Planning and understanding of Education practices

Strong skills in Teaching and Training methods

Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate with students, colleagues, and parents

Adaptability, patience, and the ability to manage diverse groups of students effectively
