About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team at Müller's Solutions. As a SuccessFactors EC Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central (EC) module of the SuccessFactors suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EC solutions that align with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for the Employee Central module
- Configure, customize, and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central according to client requirements
- Design and develop complex business rules and workflows to automate HR processes
- Integrate Employee Central with other modules within SuccessFactors or third-party systems
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Employee Central-related issues
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best practices
Requirements
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central functionality, including data models, custom objects, workflows, and business rules
- Experience with Employee Central integrations using tools like Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors module integration with other modules
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
