- Supervise and manage construction activities
- Coordinate between fab yard office (planning, drawings, scheduling) and site execution
- Ensure fabrication works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of fabrication works
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and client teams
- Manage subcontractors, manpower, and equipment in the fab yard
- Report construction progress and issues to project management
- 15+ years of experience in oil & gas construction projects
- Strong background in fabrication yard operations
- Good knowledge of structural, piping, and mechanical fabrication
- Experience working in office and site environments
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
