Job Summary
The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise installation of HVAC systems including ducting, AHUs, FCUs, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems.
Allocate daily tasks to technicians and monitor site productivity.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and QA/QC procedures.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and civil teams to avoid clashes and maintain workflow.
Conduct inspections, testing, and support commissioning activities.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and ensure HSE compliance.
Requirements
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
58 years of experience in HVAC supervision on MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and testing & commissioning.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and layouts.
Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
