Role Description The Supervisor Application Developer Engineer (.NET & AI LLM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET technologies and integrating AI Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance business processes and customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include supervising a team of developers, reviewing code and technical designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. The supervisor will oversee application performance optimization, troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinate with infrastructure and support teams, and contribute to technical documentation and training. The role also involves monitoring emerging .NET and AI technologies, recommending improvements, and supporting continuous innovation across Xceed's application landscape.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs, optimize application performance, and solve complex technical problems.
• Experience in training and mentoring development teams, including conducting technical knowledge sessions and supporting skill development.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles to align application features with financial and reporting requirements.
• Background in technical support, including troubleshooting application incidents, working with IT operations, and ensuring system reliability.
• Customer service orientation, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and design user-centric solutions.
• Proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core), RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience integrating or working with AI/ML tools, preferably Large Language Models (LLMs), and related cloud services.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, software development life cycle (SDLC), and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
