Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Solid Surface (Corian) Supervisor / Foreman / Foreperson to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both production and installation of solid surface materials, with the ability to lead teams, manage site activities, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations in solid surface (Corian) production and installation
- Lead and coordinate fabrication and installation teams on-site and in the workshop
- Ensure all work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and tools efficiently
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Train and guide team members to improve performance and productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in solid surface (Corian) works
- Proven experience in both production (fabrication) and site installation
- Previous experience in a supervisory / foreman / foreperson role
- Strong knowledge of solid surface materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Must be currently available in the UAE
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
