Supervisor, DAP Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor for the DAP (Diammonium Phosphate) Shift. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating shift operations in the DAP production unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical manufacturing processes, with a focus on DAP production, and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and oversee shift operations in the DAP production unit to ensure smooth production processes and adherence to quality standards.

2. Manage a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize team performance.

3. Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment issues, implement maintenance schedules, and ensure operational efficiency.

4. Monitor production data, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies in all production activities.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous optimization.

7. Prepare shift reports, maintain production records, and communicate effectively with management and team members.

8. Participate in the development and implementation of production plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
