Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Manage and monitor assigned employees, attendance, shifts, and deployment.
- Ensure adequate manpower coverage and coordinate replacements when required.
- Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members based on operational requirements.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure services are delivered according to client requirements and agreed standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding operational matters.
- Coordinate with the client and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas requiring corrective action.
- Monitor adherence to HSE, quality, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, deployment, incidents, leave, and other operational activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, training, and performance monitoring.
- Identify operational risks and escalate issues to the Project Lead/Operations Manager.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company/client assets and equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve service efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management in line with project requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant supervisory experience in operations, staffing, facilities management, logistics, or a similar environment.
- Experience managing a team and coordinating daily operational activities.
- UAE experience is preferred.
