Supervisor / Foreman Civil & Finishes

Ahmadyar Development is looking for an experienced Supervisor / Foreman – Civil & Finishes to join our Projects Department and support the delivery of high-quality residential developments.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, site-based role covering the full lifecycle of civil and finishing works, from structural execution through to snagging and final handover.The role involves working closely with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and the internal Projects team to ensure quality standards are maintained and project schedules remain on track

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil and finishing works on site, ensuring workmanship complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and support structural execution activities, identifying and flagging deviations at an early stage.
• Coordinate fit-out works across different trades to avoid clashes, rework and delays.
• Lead and track the snagging process by identifying defects, maintaining snag lists and following through until all items are closed out.
• Support the handover of completed residential units to clients, Sales or Facilities Management teams.
• Review shop drawings and method statements and confirm compliance with approved documents on site.
• Liaise daily with contractors, subcontractors and consultants to resolve site-related issues.
• Escalate quality, schedule or resourcing risks to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications: Graduation in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering (Civil)

Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience with main contractors or developers on real estate projects.

Required Skills:

• Structural execution, civil finishes, fit-out coordination, snagging, and Handover of residential units
• IT Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), AutoCAD (drawing reading and markups)
• Proven track record delivering civil and finishing works on real estate/residential projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
